What should I do if I do not receive a payout?
We recommend double-checking that you should have received a payout first (particularly if it is your first payout; see scheduling) by logging into your dashboard and reviewing the revenue summary.
Then review your bank account on file by going into Settings > Billing > Update. Scroll down to the bank details and confirm that the information is correct. If the details were wrong, please update the account and reach out to our support team so we can retry the payout!
I got an email stating my payout failed/was rejected! What should I do?
Payment could have failed for several reasons, but in the case that your bank rejected the amount, you will receive an email from us.
Otherwise, contact our support team and we’ll get to the bottom of the issue!
Why is my payment less than the dashboard?
The dashboard is an estimate and not a final settlement for payout. The dashboard may not account for refunds or disputes. Additionally, this doesn’t count revenue made on integrated platforms such as BigCommerce, branded apps, or through the API. You can find more information on the dashboard here!
How can I use my transactions CSV for payouts?
The transactions CSV provides a snapshot of the transactions that can be filtered by month. Since this is constantly being updated, it does not determine the final amount you may be paid.
